One author registration fee covers one paper. Only one additional paper can be registered by paying an extra 50 USD (or equivalent 6125 BDT for local authors).
Foreign authors are eligible for a travel grant of up to 75 USD (against valid travel expense documents).
Registration includes entry to all technical events of ICCIT 2025.
The listed registration rates are valid only up to the registration deadline. A 20% increased rate will be applied after the deadline.
The category is defined by the author’s affiliation mentioned in the paper.
Page limit: Max 6 pages (including all figures, tables, and references). Under any circumstances cannot exceed the limit of 6 pages.
Only full-time regular students with valid proof will be considered under the Student Author category.
Only authors with an active IEEE membership valid through December 2025 will qualify for the IEEE Author category.
No registration kit is available for authors presenting their papers online.
In-person attending registered Co-authors and Participants will receive conference kits, food, a gala dinner, and other applicable benefits.
