Registration fees will include
- One author registration fee covers one paper. Only one additional paper can be registered by paying an extra 50 USD (or equivalent 6125 BDT for local authors).
- Foreign authors are eligible for a travel grant of up to 75 USD (against valid travel expense documents).
- Registration includes entry to all technical events of ICCIT 2025.
- The listed registration rates are valid only up to the registration deadline. A 20% increased rate will be applied after the deadline.
- Category is defined by the author’s affiliation mentioned in the paper.
- Page limit: Max 6 pages (including all figures, tables, and references. Under any circumstances cannot exceed the limit of 6 pages)
- Only full-time regular students with valid proof will be considered under the Student Author category.
- Only authors with active IEEE membership valid through December 2025 will qualify for the IEEE Author category.
- No registration kit is available for authors presenting their papers online.
- In-person attending registered Co-authors, and Participants will receive conference kits, food, gala dinner, and other applicable benefits.
- In case of emergency, an author may transfer his/her registration to the co-author of the same paper with necessary authorization letter and payment arrangement (if needed).–PLEASE CHECK with others
- During registration for physical presentation, author needs to pre-book (prior confirmation) the lunch/dinner and collect coupons physically from the registration booth during the conference
Registration Procedures
A paper will appear in the proceedings:
- If at least one of the authors of the finally accepted paper registers by paying appropriate fees before the registration deadline,
- Submit online the IEEE e-copyright form,
- Upload camera-ready version of the paper (as per the instructions),
- Fills up the Google form, and Presents the paper as per the schedule.

Please keep a copy of the payment slip after paying the registration fee, as you will need to upload it in the online registration form.
