The 21st International Conference on Computer and Information Technology 2018 (ICCIT
2018) at United International University (UIU) welcomes and encourages the submission of accurate and
relevant papers of original, unpublished work in various fields of Computer Science/Engineering,
Information and Communication Technology.
ICCIT 2018, co-sponsored by IEEE Bangladesh section, is the largest technical event on Computer
Science and Engineering, Information and Communication Technology in Bangladesh. The focus of
the conference is to establish an effective platform for institutions and industries to share
ideas and to present the works of scientists, engineers, educators and students from all over
the world. The proceedings of the conference will be published in the form of Book (including in

Multiple submissions: ICCIT and IEEE do not permit manuscripts included in its conference
proceedings to be
simultaneously under review for another conference, journal, or other forms of publication. Once
