Submission Deadline<\/h4><\/div>

All paper to ICCIT 2020 must be submitted through online conference management system EasyChair within the announced deadline and in pdf<\/strong> formats. The Initial Paper Submission deadline<\/strong> is August 31, 2020<\/strong><\/span>. Due to numerous requests from potential authors, the paper submission deadline for ICCIT 2020 has been extended to September 10, 2020<\/strong> September 15, 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Preparation of Manuscript<\/h4><\/span>
<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Abstract<\/strong>: The maximum of 200-word abstract should be a brief summary of the work, which will be included in the Conference Proceedings if the paper is accepted.<\/p>\n

Summary<\/strong>: The Maximum 6-page two-column IEEE style Summary includes all the text, abstract, title, authors, equations, tables, photographs, drawings, figures, and references. In exceptional circumstances, authors must contact with organizing chair (iccit2020@aust.edu<\/a>) and extra charge will be applied for each page.<\/p>\n

Double-Blind Paper<\/strong>: The authors should not include their names, affiliations, postal addresses, and email addresses in the initial manuscript.<\/p>\n

Manuscript Template<\/strong>: Submissions must follow\u00a0standard\u00a0IEEE conference templates<\/a>. The manuscript template also available in the following links:<\/p>\n

Plagiarism & Multiple Submission Policy<\/h4><\/span>

Plagiarism<\/strong>: All conference papers submitted to ICCIT 2020 for publication must record original work which has not been published previously. Any alleged cases of plagiarism will be dealt with according to the ICCIT and IEEE Policy in relation to Plagiarism, Infringement of Copyright and Infringement of Moral Rights and Submission to Multiple Publications outlets. Multiple submissions<\/strong>: ICCIT and IEEE do not permit manuscripts included in its conference proceedings to be simultaneously under review for another conference, journal, or other forms of publication. Once a case of multiple submissions has been established, the paper(s) in question will be immediately declined for publication by the ICCIT and IEEE followed by appropriate disciplinary action. IEEE Bangladesh section is the technical co-sponsor of the ICCIT 2020. All the accepted and presented papers at the Conference will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.<\/strong> IEEE copyright form will be filled out for each paper separately (One copyright form is required for one paper).
